Did you know you can rent Plattekill Mountain, the whole mountain, for your private group ski and ride day?
Plattekill is available for private rental with all services operational for skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing…or all three! Imagine just YOUR friends, families, co-workers, VIP clients you name it… for fundraisers, birthday parties, corporate events, team building and more. It’s YOUR mountain for a day – exclusive, private use.
EXACTLY how you want it.
— Need the rental shop? We’ll have that open and staffed.
— Instruction? Of course, we can arrange to have ski and snowboard instructors available.
— Food service? We can offer a la carte cafeteria style or have a catered lunch prepared for your guests, or perhaps even your own BBQ depending on the time of year! We also offer options for apres too from charcuterie and veggie platters to passed apps!
— Bar Service? We can arrange a la carte too, or set up an open bar for your VIPs.

Monday – Thursday (non-holiday)
RATES:
$10,000 includes all services operational, full facility usage, full mountain access (weather conditions apply) and lift tickets for up to 200 people. Additional tickets over 200 people are $50/pp. Based on your group, our fully equipped rental shop can be open for guests needs, ski and snowboard instructors made available for lessons of all levels, and snowtubing added on too! (any 2-hour time block within operating hours for 9am-4pm) $1500 (up to 100 pp, over 100 $15/pp)

Advance reservations are required.
Private rentals require a non-refundable $2500 deposit to reserve your date. Balance is due on arrival your booked day.
In the event you are not able to keep your date, your deposit will not carry over to the following season.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or corporate checks. Please note, a 3% processing fee applies for all security deposits/payments via credit card.
Deposits/requirements are subject to change at any time.
Tax-exempt groups must present a “Tax Exempt” certificate, or an 8% tax will be added to all taxable items.

looking for the perfect place to host a private event or party… and have the whole mountain all to yourself?
Available Spring, Summer and Fall, host your private event or party at Plattekill and have the entire mountain/lodge exclusively yours. We can tailor your event to exactly how you’d like it. The best part is, all our events are completely private, so there are no other activites on the mountain, but yours.
Our lodge offers the perfect combination of rustic elegance with a beautiful outdoor setting and Catskill Mountain views as far as the eye can see.
Plus all events have the option to add on chairlift service for guests.

Our venue rates vary based on the type of event you are looking to host on the mountain. Please call us for pricing at (607) 326-3500.
For Private Parties, $2,750 includes full access to the lodge facilites, as well as our beautiful wrap-around deck for up to 150 people for a 4 hour event with the option to add an hour of scenic chair rides for your guests for an additional $500. Mountaintop parties also available.
We also offer a variety of bar packages to choose from as well as several catering options to round out your special event.
